Kraftwerk in NYC: Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 @ MoMA

Quando parece que não há muito mais o que falar de Kraftwerk sem chover no molhado (pioneiros, uma das bandas mais influentes da música eletrônica, etc), eis que eles oferecem um motivo a la de grandioso e inusitado para os colocarmos em pauta aqui no Deep. Não que se fosse “apenas” um show em NY nós não os colocaríamos. Estaria até na chamada principal! Porém, com essa sequência de oito apresentações anunciadas no MoMA (chamada de Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8) de 10 a 17 de abril, onde a banda alemã (cuja formação original é representada por Ralf Hütter) tocará todos os seus oito álbuns acompanhados de efeitos em 3D e outras surpresas, por ingressos a U$ 25, fica fácil. Sem contar que faz sete anos que eles não pisam em Nova York! Vai perder? Ingressos a venda a partir de 22 de fevereiro aqui.

It is difficult to talk about Kraftwerk without being repetitive (pioneers, one of the most influential bands of electronic music, etc). But they are offering us something really fresh and unusual. We are not saying that we wouldn’t write about them if the reason were “only” a unique show. Of course after 7 years far from NYC this would be the headline! But there’s even more! Be prepared. What is coming to MoMA is a sequence of 8 shows, from April 10th – 17th, where the german band (which counts only with Ralf Hütter from the original) will play all their 8 albuns with elaborated 3D videos and other visual and soundsystem surprises in a serie called Retrospective 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. Tickets will be on sale on February 22nd here, around U$ 25.
