O Global Festival tem como objetivo chamar a atenção dos governantes do mundo inteiro para o combate à pobreza em países em desenvolvimento e celebrar as pequenas vitórias em prol da causa. O evento gratuito acontecerá no dia 29 de setembro no Great Lawn (entre 79th e 85th St), no Central Park e contará com a presença de Neil Young e Crazy Horse, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Band of Horses e K’naan.

Global Festival aims to call attention of leaders around the world to fight poverty in developing countries and celebrate the small victories for pro cause. The free ticketed event will take place on September 29 at the Great Lawn (between 79th and 85th St), in Central Park and will feature Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Band of Horses and K’naan.
